Customer Success Representative

Are you skilled at building and maintaining excellent relationships with clients and suppliers?  We are currently looking for a Customer Success Representative to join our Newport based team to assist in ensuring that projects are successfully delivered on time and within budget.

They will be skilled in building and maintaining excellent relationships with both clients and suppliers and will be responsible for recording and updating information accurately and in a timely manner. The successful applicant will be responsible for occasionally assisting the Service Desk team in answering incoming calls regarding faults and support queries, logging the details and assisting in resolving them.

Account Executive

We are currently looking for a highly motivated Account Executive to join our team in delivering exciting technology solutions in mid-market sectors.  Using our proven engagement/relationship cycle, the right candidate will be responsible for lead generation building strong customer relationships and promoting awareness of C-STEM’s unique value proposition and portfolio of SMART services.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, the right candidate will have a minimum 3-5 years of proven sales experience and ideally have a background in managed services technology and/or cyber security and unified comms sales.

Business Development Representative

We are currently looking for a highly motivated BDR to join our team in delivering exciting technology solutions in mid-market sectors.  Using our proven engagement/relationship cycle, the right candidate will be responsible for lead generation of qualified opportunities/meetings for the Sales Executives.  As well as building strong customer relationships and promoting awareness of C-STEM’s unique value proposition and portfolio of SMART services.

Reporting to the BDR Manager/Sales Manager, the right candidate will be reliable, proactive, self-motivated  with strong communication skills and an excellent telephone manner.
