Cyber UK 2024: Future Tech, Future Threat, Future Ready
13th – 15th May 2024
We had a great time at CYBERUK 2024, the UK government’s premier cyber security event, which took place from the 13th to 15th May at the ICC Birmingham. Organised by the National Cyber Security Centre, this annual gathering brought together over 2,000 cyber security leaders and professionals for a unique opportunity to network, exchange knowledge, and foster collaboration.
For the first time, CYBERUK ventured into the vibrant cyber community of the West Midlands, offering a platform for international leaders and technical experts to converge and delve into the theme ‘Future Tech, Future Threat, Future Ready’. The event was a focal point for exploring cutting-edge developments and understanding how the cyber community plans to swiftly respond to the challenges and opportunities presented by the ever-evolving landscape of technology.
We attended CYBERUK 2024 alongside our partners, Silverfort, SentinelOne, and SonicWall. Together, we contributed to the rich discussions, share insights, and showcase innovative solutions that will shape the future of cyber security.
C-STEM Charity Golf Day
18th April 2024
We recently enjoyed a fantastic day of golfing fun at the picturesque Manor House Golf Club, nestled in 365 acres of Cotswold countryside, bordering the village of Castle Combe. The day included a full round of golf on the championship 18-hole golf course. As we made our way around the course, we experienced dramatic drives into the valley below, navigated nearly 80 troublesome bunkers, encountered the odd water hazard, and savored one of the prettiest finishing holes in golf.
It was an exciting opportunity to network, connect with fellow golf enthusiasts, enjoy friendly competition, and learn more about some of the products and services we offer, all in a relaxed and idyllic setting. We started the day with bacon rolls followed by a round of golf and finished with a BBQ and drinks. Participants also had a go at getting the nearest pin at hole 2 or the longest drive at hole 15 and attempted to beat the pro at hole 17! All in aid of our amazing charity of the year, the Cystic Fibrosis Trust.
We’re thrilled to announce that the event was a tremendous success, and we’re proud to share that we’ve raised an impressive £5000 for the Cystic Fibrosis Trust. Thank you to everyone who participated and contributed to this wonderful cause!
