Account Executive – Newport/Remote

The Role

We are currently looking for a highly motivated Sales Account Executive to join our team in delivering exciting technology solutions in mid-market sectors.

Using our proven engagement/relationship cycle, the right candidate will be responsible for lead generation, building strong customer relationships and promoting awareness of C-STEM’s unique value proposition and portfolio of SMART services.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, the right candidate will have a minimum 3-5 years of proven sales experience and ideally have a background in managed services technology and/or cyber security and unified comms sales.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Effectively communicating C-STEM’s value proposition, both written and verbally
  • Creating and continuing to develop outstanding relationship with clients, partners and colleagues
  • Building and developing a sales pipeline for New Business prospects
  • Building strong relationships within communities.
  • Building strong pipeline and generating net new logos.
  • Adhering to activity KPI’s
  • Maintaining minimum standards in performance against quarterly and annual targets
  • Identifying & qualifying new opportunities
  • Creating and managing customer sales strategy plans
  • Building significant expertise and industry knowledge on a set of assigned vertical industries
  • Driving attendance to events and webinars
  • Ensuring that the CRM system is always up to date
  • Providing accurate forecasting of opportunities
  • Preparing winning sales plans for opportunities
