Business Development Representative – Newport/Remote

The Role

We are currently looking for a highly motivated BDR to join our team in delivering exciting technology solutions in mid-market sectors.  Using our proven engagement/relationship cycle, the right candidate will be responsible for lead generation of qualified opportunities/meetings for the Sales Executives.  As well as building strong customer relationships and promoting awareness of C-STEM’s unique value proposition and portfolio of SMART services.

Reporting to the BDR Manager/Sales Manager, the right candidate will be reliable, proactive, self-motivated  with strong communication skills and an excellent telephone manner.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Working effectively as part of a core sales team and other operational teams
  • Effectively communicating C-STEM’s value proposition, both written and verbally
  • Creating and continuing to develop outstanding relationship with clients, partners and colleagues
  • Building and developing a sales pipeline for New Business prospects
  • Adhering to activity KPI’s
  • Identifying & qualifying new opportunities
  • “Perfect Customer” profiling using all available means including social media aligned to company policy
  • Arranging face to face meetings with potential new clients to increase visibility of the brand across the UK
  • Driving attendance to events and webinars
  • Ensuring that the CRM system is always up to date
  • Demonstrating a good understanding of the business process and sales cycle
  • Creating marketing and lead generation plans for continual improvement on target growth

  • Ability to quickly identify client challenges and be agile to respond accordingly
